Still haven't been shopping. I seriously have nothing to wear.
During my summer adventure, I didn't have a haircut, manicure or a pedicure.
Time for a makeover.....

Purge
When I finally got around to getting out of my Pajamas and Robe today, I realized I have nothing to wear. Everything's too big, too scratchy or too tight.
Big ole purge...then I shop.
Also, time to ramp up the skin care. This weather's hard on the face and throat.

Brrr
It's officially long john weather for me. (50F or below)
I can't stand to be cold.
Here are some tips for taking good care of yourself when the temperature drops.
1. Drink like a fish. (No, silly, water!)
The cold, and heat in our houses and cars dries us. Be
sure to drink enough water every day.
2. We knew it! and now science has confirmed it.
Catching a chill does increase your chances of
getting a cold.
A great scarf can not only keep your throat and chest
cozy but also add a dash of color sparkle on drab overcast
days.
Wear a hat and keep a pair of dry shoes (and socks)
in your car or your desk drawer.
3. Moisturize. Moisturize. Moisturize.
Stay warm.

Summer Wardrobe doldrums
My summer clothes were in a box in the top of my closet and were pretty much spared any ravages of the fire. So, that's where I started in June, last year's dresses and 10 pounds lighter.
I've added a few things, but very few and most unsuitable for 90+ heat with no A/C so,
my closet is crammed and I have nothing to wear. I am sick to death of my dresses. The blue one has a hole in it, the orange one is too big and the tie on the brown one broke. I'm wearing my batik palm tree mumu. Sad. Drab.
PS My shoe situation is worse. This just won't do.
Yuk.
